How does RF Microneedling it work?
The Potenza RF microneedling treatment uses ultrafine needles and heat to penetrate the top layer of skin and trigger the body’s natural healing process to regenerate new collagen & elastin. The Potenza RF Microneedling treatment can treat a wide variety of skin concerns on the face & body. Specializing in active acne, acne scars, fine lines & wrinkles, loose skin on the face & body, crepey-ness & over all rejuvenation to the skin.
When will I see results?
Like any laser treatment new collagen & elastin building can typically take 4-6 weeks after a treatment is done, with optimal results being seen 12 weeks after the last treatment of the series. The number of passes and penetration to the skin will also affect the results seen.
How long is the treatment?
Treatment times will vary on patient, area of the face or body being treated, penetration depth and number of passes, but most Potenza treatments, including topical numbing times are performed within 1 hour.
Downtime for RF Microneedling?
The skin can look slightly red for up to 3 days. Any redness can be easily covered with light make up.
How many treatments will I need?
Best results for microneedling are seen when done in a series. On average most patients see amazing improvement with 3 treatments. When dealing with deeper acne scars we sometimes recommend 5. Treatments are best spread 1 month apart.
