Lia Trojansky, PA-C, is a board-certified Physician Associate specializing in medical and aesthetic dermatology. She has been practicing in New York City for nearly a decade, with experience treating a wide range of skin conditions and performing cosmetic procedures.
She earned her Master of Medical Sciences in Physician Assistant Studies from Arcadia University and completed an intensive dermatology training program in New York City following graduation.
Lia has developed a strong focus in aesthetic dermatology, where she values the balance of precision, artistry, and science. Her approach is thoughtful and individualized, with a focus on subtle, natural-looking results that enhance each patient’s features. She is guided by a commitment to thoughtful, patient-centered care, combining aesthetic precision and advanced techniques to help patients look and feel their best.
Lara Battema, LE, MPH
Meet Lara Battema, Dr. Dennis Gross Dermatology’s Medical Aesthetician and Practice Manager, who blends clinical knowledge with creative execution. Lara is a Licensed Aesthetician and holds a master’s degree in public health (MPH).
Lara is adept at crafting customized, results-driven treatment plans to help patients achieve their skin goals. She is passionate about skin health and how appearance can impact people’s confidence and overall well-being. As an adolescent and young adult, Lara struggled with acne and personally experienced the emotional toll acne can take.
In the treatment room, Lara brings an approachable presence paired with a detail-oriented touch that focuses on results. Her treatment room is a comfortable environment where clients feel understood, listened to, and confident throughout their skin journey.
Every facial treatment she offers at Dr. Dennis Gross Dermatology is results-focused, customized, and tailored to individual patient needs. Lara incorporates a variety of modalities and techniques based on your skin needs, such as chemical peels, extractions, and modalities such as LED, high frequency, low frequency ultrasound, and microcurrent, as well as advanced devices such as Laser Genesis, IPL, and Ultherapy. She is also recently oncology-trained.
Lara also manages Dr. Dennis Gross Dermatology’s practice, focusing on creating a warm, welcoming environment and delivering excellent patient experiences and results.
